Stop managing your IT company

Most of our clients arrived doing someone else's job — chasing tickets, correcting invoices, following up on projects that should have just been handled. We take the technology you already have, make it one system that's simple, secure, and ready to grow, and then run it so it stops needing you.

No pitch on the first call. We look at what you have and tell you what we'd change.

The foundation we standardize

01 Devices and PeopleEvery laptop, phone, and login your team uses — set up the day someone starts, shut off the day they leave.
02 Network and CloudYour internet, Wi-Fi, servers, and Microsoft 365. The plumbing everything else depends on.
03 Security and BackupKeeping software up to date, watching for threats, and proving your files actually come back after something goes wrong.
04 Support and ResponseOne number to call. A technician picks up and starts working, and you know how long that takes.

Sound familiar?

If you spend more time managing your IT provider than your business, that’s the problem

Here's what people tell us on the first call — and what changes once someone is actually running it.

What it feels like now

  • You're constantly following up on tickets, projects, and estimates.
  • The last project that should have made life easier went poorly and over budget.
  • Simple problems take forever to get fixed.
  • The same issues keep coming back.
  • Your monthly invoice is wrong and you have to chase a correction.
  • You only hear about a service that could help after something breaks.
  • You've spent far too much time worrying about IT.

What it looks like with us

  • Tickets and projects report to you, not the other way around.
  • Projects are scoped against a standard foundation, so estimates hold.
  • Our contract allows hours. Our median is six minutes — a real technician, not an autoresponder.
  • Recurring issues get root-caused once and closed permanently.
  • One predictable monthly invoice you don't have to audit.
  • Quarterly reviews surface what's next before it becomes urgent.
  • You think about IT when you choose to.

How it works

Getting your time back is easier than you think

The same four steps for every client, because at a foundational level technology does the same handful of jobs for nearly every business your size. You get something concrete out of each one.

STEP 01

Tell us what's not working

One call, thirty minutes. You describe what keeps breaking and what it's costing you. We listen and ask questions — no pitch.

You leave with: an honest read on where you stand

STEP 02

See the plan before you commit

We look at the technology you already have and map it against the foundation. Then we show you exactly what we'd change, in what order, and what it costs.

You leave with: a written plan, yours to keep

STEP 03

We do the heavy lifting

Onboarding is a project we’ve run thousands of times: passwords, services, subscriptions and licences move across, and we handle the handover with your old provider. You stay in your business while we work.

You leave with: a system you don't have to run yourself

STEP 04

You get your time back

Support answers in minutes. Quarterly reviews surface what's next before it's urgent. IT becomes something you decide about, not something that happens to you.

You leave with: your calendar, and your evenings

Schedule a call

Step one takes about 30 minutes and costs nothing.

Straight answers

The three things you actually want to know

Most providers make you sit through a discovery call to get these. Here they are.

What it costs

$125–$250per user, per month

Where you land depends on how much you need covered — security and compliance requirements move it more than headcount does. You see your exact number in step two, before you commit to anything.

What switching involves

We’ve moved thousands of users onto our managed services, so the changeover is a project we’ve run many times, not an experiment. We transition passwords, services, and subscriptions across to us and handle the handover with your current provider.

We’re a partner of most major IT manufacturers, so your existing licences move with you rather than being re-purchased.

How long you’re committed

Agreements run for one year. You’ll know the full scope and the full cost before you sign — no surprise line items, and no multi-year lock-in.

The written plan from step two is yours to keep whether or not you go ahead with us.

Who we serve

Clients who stopped worrying about IT

We work with small and mid-sized businesses across the Northeast — with particular depth in non-profits and in regulated industries, including defense suppliers working toward CMMC and NIST SP 800-171. That work is mostly evidence and documentation, which is why most IT providers won’t take it on.

Our team holds a CMMC Registered Practitioner (CMMC-RP) credential, a CISSP, and Microsoft engineering certification.

I selected Nexus Dynamics out of many choices to both build our IT infrastructure from the ground up and also manage it ongoing. They are, without question, the most reputable firm I've worked with in technology and always counsel us on what's best for our business.

Our technology has been on solid ground since inception and their responsiveness to our team's needs is always on point. Additionally, they help us forecast for future state IT planning, which is very useful from a financial perspective. They're critical to our business' successful operations.

Chris Z.CEO, Multi-Site Regulated Manufacturer & Retailer

I cannot say enough about our experience with Nexus Dynamics Group. Their expertise, flexibility, professionalism and fast execution makes us feel like we're their most important customer.

Nexus recognizes that non-profits have limited funds and continues to make creative and affordable suggestions to keep our technology needs working safely and at the maximum capacity. We're thrilled to be supported by Nexus Dynamics Group.
